Matt has a background in finance and a passion for real estate, which gives him a unique perspective in the industry. He understands the financial implications firsthand and knows how much of an amplifier owning real estate can be to someone’s life goals. In addition to joining the 5H team, Matt works for BH Management Consulting, owned by Pretium, where BH is at the forefront of the institutional multifamily investment and property management industries.
Matt and his longtime friend and business partner Garret bring over 10 years of real estate experience to the 5H team. Having closed the majority of their transactions in the DFW metro area, they are passionate about helping buyers, sellers, and investors start and/or continue their journeys of achieving their real estate goals for themselves and their families.
He currently lives in Weatherford, TX, where he enjoys his two favorite things: coaching and spending time with his wife and five children.
