Randall Garrett

A little about me...

For the past 17 years, Randall has dedicated his career to education as a teacher and a coach. While he is a newer real estate agent, his interest in the field is long-standing, beginning with classes at UNT and reignited while teaching economics. It was during this time he moved from theory to practice, first by purchasing, renovating, and managing a rental property, and later by successfully flipping his first house.

This hands-on experience means Randall is not an agent who simply studied for an exam; he is an active investor, a seasoned landlord, and an experienced flipper. He has personally navigated renovation budgets, managed tenant relationships, and analyzed deals to build his own portfolio, giving him a practical, real-world perspective that goes beyond textbook knowledge.

Randall now merges these two passions, bringing his unique background to his mission: providing clients with the same clarity and confidence he provided his students.

For First-Time Home Buyers: He is dedicated to demystifying the process, acting as a coach who breaks down complexities into understandable steps. His goal is to turn the anxiety of buying a home into assurance, ensuring clients feel educated, empowered, and excited.

For Investors: Randall speaks your language. Whether you're seeking a buy-and-hold rental, a lucrative fix-and-flip, or a new investment opportunity, he leverages his direct experience to help identify deals with strong potential.

Outside of real estate, Randall has been married to his wife, Jackie, for 14 years, and they spend most of their free time cheering on their two boys, Cannon and Callan, at baseball and football games.

He is ready to combine his experience in education with his expertise in real estate to help you achieve your goals.
